Welcome to the web site for the Carson City First United Methodist Church Youth Group!

          We have Youth Group "meetings" every Sunday night from 6:30 to 8:00. We usually play games and in general have lots o' fun as well as providing oportunities for spiritual growth. We are open and accepting of all different types of people and we hope that you will join us.

Last summer the Youth Group planned a mission trip to Empalme, Mexico. We rebuilt a church and some houses that were damaged by hurricanes. For more information click here.
 

 

Believing the world is our parish, we believe that the mission of First United Methodist Church is to be a beacon, bringing the light of Christ to wherever spiritual darkness exists by:
  • Helping all people experience the love of God
  • Discipling believers through small group ministry, and
  • Relieving suffering in the name of Jesus.
